At the regular meeting of March 25, 2020, Haker's Board of Directors had approved a total of nine directors (including three independent directors) to be elected at Haker's 2020 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. Their term of office since June 23, 2020 to June 22, 2023 .

The Board of Directors consists of nine members (one is female). Three of the nine directors are independent directors. To strengthen management efficiency and effectiveness, the board established the "Compensation Committee"and"Audit Committee", composed entirely of independent directors.
