Employee Safety and Working Environment
Hakers values the safety of our employees and a conducive working environment. We have established relevant safety policies and regularly conduct awareness campaigns and drills to ensure the physical and mental well-being of our staff.
The following are the policies and measures we have implemented for employee safety:
- Occupational Health and Safety Policy: We have developed and implemented an occupational health and safety policy to ensure that employees are protected from hazards and injuries in the workplace.
- Workplace Design and Maintenance: Our workplaces adhere to safety standards, including proper ventilation systems, lighting, emergency evacuation plans, and emergency exits.
- Training and Education: We regularly conduct both scheduled and ad-hoc training and education sessions to ensure that employees are familiar with safety regulations, proper use of tools and equipment, and knowledge of potential risks and hazards.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): We provide appropriate PPE based on the requirements of the workplace, such as gloves, masks, needle protectors, safety goggles, rubber mats for standing work, isolation pads under electrical panels, covers for mechanical moving parts, hazardous warning labels on machinery, and ventilation fans.
- Fire Safety: Our workplaces are equipped with suitable fire extinguishing equipment, and we conduct regular fire drills and inspections.
- Accident Reporting and Investigation: In the event of an accident, Hakers handles the matter promptly to ascertain the causes and prevent recurrence. We have established procedures to investigate workplace accidents, enabling us to track and address potential safety issues.
- Work Hours and Rest Regulations: We ensure that employees' work hours are reasonably scheduled and provide sufficient rest periods to minimize the impact of fatigue and work-related stress on employee safety.
- Psychological Health Support: We offer psychological health support and counseling services to assist employees in managing work-related stress and emotional challenges.
