At the regular meeting of June 9, 2023, Haker's Board of Directors had approved a total of ten directors (including three independent directors) to be elected at Haker's 2023 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. Their term of office since June 9, 2023 to June 8, 2026 .

The Board of Directors consists of ten members (one is female). Three of the ten directors are independent directors. To strengthen management efficiency and effectiveness, the board has established the "Compensation Committee" and "Audit Committee," both comprising solely independent directors.Additionally, the Audit Committee consists entirely of independent directors, while the Compensation Committee is composed of two-thirds independent directors.
